Our guarantee, as posted prominently in our stores and stated in all of our marketing and advertising, is simple:

We mean it. At any time we will give you a prompt and courteous credit, refund or exchange.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express for payment.
Quite simply, if you are not happy, we want you to return the product to us. We will either refund your money or send you a new replacement at your option. (Any shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.) Simply email us at email@example.com. Tell us what you ordered, when you ordered and what you would like to see happen. We will respond right away.
Your email address belongs to you. It will not be sold nor shared with third parties under any circumstance. We will send you no email at all without your permission.
